Abstract
Educational competencies mean: an ability composed of a set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
That the Arabic language teacher possesses it as a foreign language, and it is reflected in his behavior aimed at teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
And they show a certain level of protection that can be observed and measured.
