Effect of thickness and annealing on optical parameters of conductive zinc oxide films
Main Article Content
Abstract
Thin films of zinc oxide were prepared on bases of borosilicate glass using the thermal chemical decomposition technique. The optical properties were studied according to different thicknesses, and they were treated at different temperatures.
The optical constants have been studied based on the absorption and transmittance spectra of these films in the wavelength range (400-900 nm) and the following optical constants have been calculated: absorption coefficient, reflectivity, extinction coefficient, refractive index, real and imaginary dielectric constant, and optical conductivity.
