Abstract
At the outset, the subject must be clarified in a simple manner to discourage the reader and researcher from learning something about the Internet and the unique short-term services it provides. As the service of man to the extent that the computer in general served the Internet in particular progressed and raised man, this giant network changed the shape of the universe in a finite period of time zero.
