Abstract
The aim of the study to identify the effect of learning strategy has a meaning to learn some of the basic skills for handball to fourth grade students in scientific research, and identify the comparability among strategic learning is the meaning and learning methods used and used the researcher pilot curriculum design (two pilot equal with reset arbitrator tribal (45) students from fourth grade students in scientific AL-Adhamiya junior high schools for boys in the academic year (2015/2016), the Pilot Group (22), and the officer (23) students, and after measures, harmonization and equivalence was the identification of (3) the skills for handball tests and the application of the strategy under discussion at the rate (3) educational units for all the skills, in every week educational unit for a period of one (9) weeks, researcher concluded that the strategy of learning that is the meaning of the contribute to Learn The skills for handball and learning this strategy can be educated some basic skills for handball of excellence to learn who did not learn
