الملخص

Is a stunning change that swept through many developing countries towards the implementation of the transfer of public property for private, if because of the negative consequences of public sector performance in many areas, tended much to increase the contribution of the private sector in economic life, through the so-called privatization. The research aims to discuss the trends and methods of privatization in the light of the nature of the transition and its mechanisms as a product of capitalist ideology by examining the reality of the Iraqi economy, rings with presenting some research findings and recommendations that can benefit from them in the light of the implementation of privatization.
