The Effect of using Scientific station Strategy in Achievement of the first Intermediate Grade Student’s for Science subject and Higher Order Thinking

الملخص

     The aim of this study is to know (The Effect of using Scientific station Strategy in Achievement of the first Intermediate Grade Student’s for Science subject and Higher Order Thinking )، In order to achieve the objective of the study the researcher depended on the experimental design with  partial adjustment، The sample of the study included (68) students as (34) students for the experimental group which studied according to the Scientific station strategy، and (34) students for the control group which studied according to the traditional method، The two methods were qualified for the groups in the following variables (age، intelligence test، previous information in Science subject). The scientific material is limited to the Second part of  the Science text book taught. The behavioral objectives were (208) objectives of this part were designed to represent the four levels of Bloom's classification in the field of knowledge (recall، comprehension، application، and analysis). The study plans were then prepared for the research groups and reached (50) plans for each of the research groups. One of the two departments have been setup represented by achievement test and the adoption of the test of Higher Order Thinking ، The achievement test consisted of (45) items of two types. The first is represented by objective tests of multiple choice type with four alternatives they were (44) items measuring three levels (recalling، understanding and applying)، and one items of essay test، represented by (45)، the test of Higher Order Thinking consists of (37) paragraph then were calculated Al-sekoumtre characteristics and stability for them. since data were analyzed and processed manually by the adoption of the statistical package SPSS. as the following results Superiority of the experimental group to the control group in Achievement Science subject and Higher Order Thinking .
