الملخص

     The current research aims at identifying 1- level of emotional stability among kindergarten teachers 2- level propriate striving among kindergarten teachers3- The relationship between the emotional stability and the propriate striving of kindergartens teachers and to achieve the research goals The researchers chose the research community of the parameters of Riyadh government affiliated to the General Directorate for the education of Rusafa 1, 2 , 3 in the city of Baghdad for the academic year 2017/2018 (1048) teachers distributed on the first, second and third Rusafa if the sample was selected (200) teacher  parameter randomly and the researchers have abused the measure of emotional stability of the parameters of Riyadh and adopted the researchers measure the appropriate struggle for the defense 2018 After reading the literature and previous studies and theories of emotional stability equilibrium The researchers presented the two measures to a group of experts who are specialists in the field of measurement and evaluation, kindergartens and educational and psychological sciences. The result was a correlation between emotional stability and the propriate striving
