الملخص

The research aimed to identify the extent of the application for the Total Quality Management (TQM) in Baghdad schools in the light of Baldrige Standards. The research adopted a descriptive analytical method. The research community consisted of 2418 teachers in Rasafa /1st schools. The sample was randomly selected. The sample was 331 teachers from the above mentioned schools. A questionnaire consisting of (40) items was distributed among the seven research fields. The research data was analyzed by using the SPSS program، and the questionnaire was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The results were analyzed and discussed according to the fields of the research (the quality standards of school administration، the quality of information technology، the quality of school planning، the quality of school administration and development، the quality of operations، and the quality of outputs، the quality of community satisfaction and different education institutions and labor market
