الملخص

Economic studies that are wrapped in historical character are especially important . As they don’t only just focus on the economic part ‚ but also study the effect it makes on the society‚ giving us the same point of viewas the writer or the  historian  himself during that time period . As an example ‚ the Egyptian history in all of its aspects filled with events and characters ‚ one of these characters was Muhammad Anwar El-Sadat ( the third President of  Egypt ) who followed a certain economic openness policy . Which eventually affected the Egyptian society on both economical sides .
