The vision, goals, and mission of the Journal of the College of Basic Education:
It is a refereed scientific journal published for the first time in 1994 under the name (Journal of Teachers College), then its name was changed by changing the name the college after 2003. volatile, and instilling and encouraging the spirit of creative scientific thinking, which became a feature of the college translated on its pages where the ideas of professors and researchers converge, and they participate with a serious responsibility in making the glory of culture aimed at the interest of humanity and its progress on the foundations of great morals, good taste, and lofty spirit.
- The journal has achieved remarkable scientific progress in its past years and is still continuing in its service of science, as it constitutes a civilizational, cultural, and scientific balance to be added to the great scientific balance achieved by Al-Mustansiriya University in this field. Note that the journal is a refereed scientific quarterly issued four issues annually, and each number of them consists of two parts, apart for the pure sciences and apart for the humanities. The magazine is characterized by scientific sobriety and a high reputation among other scientific journals in the academic community, and it obtained the Arab Impact Factor Arcif in 2018 (0.0126). The magazine is also accredited by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate with the number (286) and the deposit number at the House of Books and Documents (616) for the year 1994, and it has an international standard classification 1815-7467 ISSN, and the copyright and distribution rights are reserved to the Deanship of the College of Basic Education - Al-Mustansiriyah University.
- The editorial board of the magazine seeks to raise its level, by selecting the solid scientific research that is published in it so that it can obtain a high evaluation degree and achieve the standards and conditions of the high impact factor and Scopus. As well as working to achieve the goals of the magazine and the ambition of its editorial board, which will positively reflect on raising quality standards and improving university performance in the College of Basic Education - Al-Mustansiriyah University.
I would like to point out that the magazine is issued quarterly, four issues per year, and each issue in it consists of two parts, apart for the pure sciences and apart for the humanities.

The editorial management of the magazine aspires to raise its level, through the selection of sober scientific research published in it so that it can obtain a high evaluation degree and achieve the standards and conditions of the high impact factor and Scopus.
