Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aims to identify the effect of a rehabilitation program on improving the functional efficiency of the spine in students with scoliosis. The researcher used an experimental approach with a single-group design, as it was suitable for the nature of the research. The sample consisted of (15) students with scoliosis from Saad Bin Abi Waqqas Preparatory School. Among the most important results were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests in back muscle strength, spinal flexibility, and curvature angle, favoring the post-test. This indicates the effect of the rehabilitation program on improving the functional efficiency of the spine in students with scoliosis. The most important recommendation is to use the rehabilitation program to improve efficiency.
