Abstract
Human activity contributes directly and indirectly to the temperature in the city of Ramadi, The increase in population density, especially the development of urban activity and the increase in land uses, including residential land uses, which are the most common land uses in the study area, in addition to industrial, commercial, and transportation uses, the decline in vegetation cover, the presence of open spaces, their increase in the outskirts and their decrease as we approach the city center, in addition to the use of land for roads and the spread of paved roads,The use of asphalt and concrete in street coverings and sidewalks has a clear effect on raising temperatures, All these uses have led to an increase in the temperature in the city of Ramadi, especially in the city center, The widespread presence of generators within residential neighborhoods has also led to an increase in the temperature, as has the increase in the rate of air pollution, The direction of the street also affects the increase in temperature.
