Abstract
The study aimed to analyze the content of the geography book for the fourth grade grade according to the issues of science, technology and society sts, and the study problem was identified in the following question:
What are the issues of science, technology, and society sts included in the content of the literary fourth-grade geography textbook?
The two researchers adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, whereby the content of the geography book for the fourth literary grade was chosen. The study community included the geography book consisting of five chapters.

To achieve the objectives of the current study, a list of science, technology and society issues was adopted, consisting of (12) major issues and (105) sub-issues, after making sure of the validity and reliability of the analysis issues. The data were collected and statistically analyzed. On developing them according to sts and emphasizing on highlighting the interactive relationship between science, technology and society in the curriculum, and the percentage of cases contained were as follows:Population growth (34.5%), hunger and food sources (25.1%), water resources (10.7%), air and atmosphere quality (7.1%), human health (6.4%), land use (5, 7%), mineral resources (5%), energy shortage (4.3%), nuclear reactors (1.4%), and the extinction of plants and animals, war technology and hazardous materials, was (0%(
