Abstract
The vocabularies are connected with definite semantics in the mind , thus the occurrence of development in any sound of phonetics , might alter its semantics totally or partially, and this might not lead to change the meaning . The phonetic development is considered one of semantic alteration reasons.
It is known that the semantic development is continuous since it is subject to the different conditions , it is not fixed and not settled , the speaker forms vocabularies from the beginning of his life till the final day of his life,
