Abstract
The geographical location of the South China Sea is seen today as a complex geographical area on the political map, which is expected to have a serious impact on international navigation, as this region meets all the transportation and international shipping lines, making it occupies a prestigious strategic position and point of contention And a continuous conflict between the regional and international naval forces. About one-third of the energy supply (oil and gas) comes to South and North Korea, 60% to Japan and Taiwan, and 80% from China's imports. But contains The sea contains huge amounts of resources of about 7 billion barrels of oil reserves and about 900 million cubic meters of natural gas.
