Abstract
Our study proposed standard levels through a battery of physical tests to select volleyball players in school sports. For the male cubs category (15-17 years) for the academic season 2020/2021, the results of the study recommended the use of standard levels, which are scientific support for field observation to facilitate the selection process in volleyball.
