The study dealt with a comparative study of the cancer of children under (15) years between the governorates of the Middle Euphrates for 2013, The latest statistics for the incidence of cancer of children under 15 years of age by the Council of Cancer in Iraq in the Ministry of Health, The research showed that the highest rate of infection was recorded with leukemia, And then follow the cancer of Hodgkin, brain and nervous cancer, Hodgkin's cancer, kidney cancer, bone cancer, soft tissue cancer, adrenal cancer, And the lowest rate recorded for eye cancer, and that eight out of the ten cancerous diseases were infected by males, where a higher percentage of infection was recorded for females, (Bone cancer), on the other hand, and the ratio of males and females to cancer (soft tissue) The highest incidence of cancer among children per 100,000 inhabitants of the Middle Euphrates governorates was recorded in Najaf governorate (5.21 cases per 100,000 inhabitants),  Followed by Babel governorate (4.6 cancer cases per 100,000 population), followed by Diwaniyah governorate (3.76 cancer cases per 100,000 population), fourth place in Muthanna Governorate (3.75 cases per 100,000 inhabitants) Karbala by (3.08 cancer cases per 100 thousand people), The highest incidence of childhood cancer among the three age groups of the Middle Euphrates governorates was recorded for males, due to environmental factors such as prenatal exposure or later to drugs, chemicals, viruses, magnetic fields, or radiation from postwar weapons residues, (0-4) for males (9.09) per 100 thousand people, followed by the age group (5-9) for males by (7.47), and the age group (10-14) for males by (6.55) (6), followed by the age group (5-9) for females by (6.1), and finally by the sixth grade, the age group (10-14) for females by (5.87)
The highest rate of infection was recorded in the age group (0-4), followed by the age group (5-9), and the lowest recorded in the age group (10-14), because of the death of a number of people with cancer in these categories, The highest percentage of health centers per 10000 people, ten health centers, followed by the governorates of Muthanna, Najaf and Diwaniyah. The lowest percentage was Karbala governorate with five health centers per 10000 inhabitants. , Followed by the provinces of Muthanna, Babylon, Najaf, and the lowest proportion of Karbala province.
