Keeping the secret and its relationship to social cohesion among my managers

Abstract

The concept of keeping a secret is one of the concepts that are concerned with the ethical and value issues that are emphasized by the divine religions, especially the true Islamic religion.
The current research aims to identify the level of secrecy among primary school principals and the level of social cohesion and the relationship between them. (30) managers and (30) female managers. The researcher adopted (Al-Kubaisi, 1987) scale for keeping secrets, and (Abdul-Hussein, 2011) scale for social cohesion after making adjustments and extracting honesty and stability.
