The issue of working with the Sultan between theory and practice at Sharif Al-Murtada

Abstract

That the message of Islam came to deliver the word of religion to the always unjust state, as suggested by a prophetic hadith (the best jihad is a word of truth in front of an unjust sultan), so the Shiites had to believe that there was an actual need to deal with the sultan of time. Therefore, a new, unconventional vision of the sultan's work should have been developed according to an exceptional and abnormal situation in the time of occultation. Especially since Sharif al-Murtada was one of the personalities who enjoyed sound mind, farsightedness, penetrating insight, depth of experience, prestige, and influence of the word in the political and popular circles. Al-Murtada was an important reference in political events to which the king, the caliph, and the public authority turned.
