A (k,ℓ) Span in Three Dimensional Projective Space PG(3,p) Over Galois Field where p=4

Abstract

        The purpose of this work is to study the three dimensional projective space PG(3,P) ,where p=4 ,By using the algebraic equations, we found the points ,lines and planes .In this space we construct (k, ℓ)-span which is a set of k lines no two of which intersect . we prove that the maximum complete (k,ℓ)-span in PG(3,4) is  (17,ℓ)-span, which is the equal to all the points of the space  that is called a spread.
