Abstract

During the period (1896-1914), the reactions of the Egyptian national movement were strong, denouncing
campaign to restore Sudan. The reason was not the refusal of the return of Sudan to Egypt, but rather the opposite.
Therefore, the Egyptians consider Sudan part of their country. The reason is the fear of survival
The British occupation in Egypt for a long time, and this is what Britain seeks to do (1). especially that
British ambitions in Egypt go back to the eighteenth century, being a vital road to
their Indian colonizers,
