Abstract

Changing the university has become an urgent necessity and a daily concern because it is the basic unit of educational change. He is the one who arrives before others, as everyone competes for the lead, and organizations in developing countries struggle to survive. Organizations have become like a bicycle that falls when it stops, and the beneficiary (student) has become in a strong position as the effects of globalization are reflected. And developments in the world of communications and information systems affected many aspects of life and had a great impact in the field of education and services provided to the beneficiary, who became distinguished by the best and the latest.
