Synergistic addition of some plant extracts and antibiotics to Staphylococcus aureus isolated from the oropharynx

Abstract
Staphylococcus aureus isolates showed sensitivity to antibiotics (Trimethoprim, Ciprofloxacin) and Tetracyclin) by [(90), (74), (50)]%, respectively, while it showed resistance to antibiotics (Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, Penicillin, Oxacillin, Cephalexin, Erythromycin). , Vancomycin, Gentamycin) by (86), (100), (80), (74), (60), (54), (50), (80)]%, respectively.
The focus in this study was on the antibacterial of a group of hot water extracts, namely: rosemary, chamomile, berbene, watercress, thyme, ginger, cloves, pomegranate peels and borage. Such as (alkaloids, glycosides, saponins, resins, tannicans and flavones).
