Abstract
Al-Mutanabbi's poetry is not the son of his historical moment, by virtue of his belonging to his social environment in the fourth century of Hijra, but rather an extension of our accumulated creative heritage and its conclusion, and a new foundation for it, in addition to its openness that continued to allow multiple readings and interpretations, despite the vastness of the scientific material that dealt with it, past and present. All or some of them have tended - in some way - to this end
