Abstract

Our era witnessed a set of changes and transformations that had repercussions on
The educational process in general and the nature, role and position of the teacher in particular.
Those transformations and changes, the social, cultural and civilizational changes that are associated with progress.

The tremendous scientific and technological that the world is witnessing now (Qamar, 1983, p. 83).
Various societies have focused in recent years on the importance of innovative minds in
building civilization, especially our Arab society. Huge funds were allocated for that, and a change began.
Its educational systems and guidance are consistent with its goals and aspirations to achieve the desired goals.
That is why I went to prepare a group of innovative mentalities on which the creation of conscious generations depends.

A believer who participates and interacts with development and social change.
