Abstract

With the progress of human life and the transition of man to a life of stability and the formation of societies and the agglomeration of people into groups with certain categories, each group has a goal in preserving its lifestyle and systems, and its own way to achieve this goal, and no matter how different those methods are, they aim as a whole to adapt to life and its circumstances and try to breed ideas their children and their beliefs to align with the beliefs of the group to which they belong, hence systems have changed and civilizations have differed through the pattern of education followed in any society or civilization.The current research aims to reveal the impact of the art education curriculum currently adopted in the Art Education Department in the formation of the professional personality and sculpting the planned model for the art education teacher. The researcher used The descriptive research method (case study) is suitable for its suitability and the objective of the current research, as for the research community and its sample


The research community is the same as the sample due to the limitations of the research community first, and to determine the method secondly, so the research community and its sample consist of students from the College of Fine Arts - Department of Art Education - fourth stage, University of Diyala, consisting of (63) male and female students, for the academic year 2021-2022, and the tool was applied to Division (A) consisting of (36) male and female students, with (9) male and (27) female students.


 


 


 


 


The tool included 6 axes and 42 paragraphs In light of the results that have been reached, the researcher reached the following results:


1-The current approach needs to reconsider its contents in terms of distribution  His plastic and theatrical vocabulary.


2- The study materials in the curriculum, despite their advantages, need development and more accuracy in determining the nature of the study materials in terms of identity.


3- The need for an element of integration between the subjects in the curriculum in order to clarify the integrated vision of the teachers in the formulation of behavioral goals in a way that suits the formation of the professional personality of the learner.


4- The curriculum in its current form did not succeed in forming the professional personality except for 50% of the sample, and this is not in line with the principle of effective education
