Coping efficiency among kindergarten students

Abstract

    The aim of the current research is to identify the coping competence of female students in the kindergarten department. In her research, the researcher followed the descriptive, correlational approach, and to achieve the research objectives, she adopted a measure (of coping competence), and included a measure of coping competence, which included (48) items distributed over six areas: (self-regulation, Problem solving, stressful control, the meaning of life, social and cultural systems, religious and spiritual influences. The sample was chosen by a stratified random method, as the research sample included (400) female students from the kindergarten department at the College of Basic Education / Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher verified the psychometric properties of the research tool, represented by: validity and reliability. Validity was verified in two ways: face validity and construct validity. Reliability of coping efficiency was extracted using the (re-test) method and (Cronbach’s alpha equation), after analyzing and processing the data statistically using... Statistical package (SPSS (The results showed that female students in the kindergarten department have the ability to cope.
