Abstract

يرمي البحث إلى التعرف على أهم معوقات مهام المرشد التربوي واهم سماته الشخصية التي تتواءم وطبيعة عمله  وقد تم ذلك من خلال بناء مقياس المعوقات التي تواجه المهام كذلك بناء مقياس السمات الشخصية وجاء ت نتائج معاملي الصدق الظاهري والثبات بدرجة عالية مما يؤكد دقة اعتماد نتائج البحث في تطبيق مقياس البناء موضوع البحث.
