Abstract

The current research aimed to measure the effective assistance of educational counsellors, and the research sample consisted of (200) educational counselors, and the effective assistance scale prepared by the researcher was used for this purpose after presenting it to a group of experts and arbitrators and extracting its psychometric characteristics, and the researcher used the following statistical methods: The t-test for two independent samples and one sample, Pearson's correlation coefficient and the alpha - Cronbach equation. The results showed a decrease in the effective help of educational counselors. The research came out with a number of recommendations and proposals.
