Abstract
It included an introduction to the research and its importance, in which the researcher touched on the need to follow physical programs accompanying ketogenic diets to lose weight and reduce obesity, and because of its effective role in oxidizing excess fats to enjoy physical fitness and good health. Which depends on low-fat diets as the most appropriate way to lose weight, despite the existence of other systems that have proven effective in developed countries. The importance of research lies in the use of a food program accompanying the ketogenic diet, which depends on the oxidation of fats to obtain the energy necessary to carry out various body functions
