Abstract
The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of the two strategies of the Gordon model in performance
Expressive and critical thinking among fourth year middle school students.
To achieve the goal of the research; The researcher randomly chose Yemen Preparatory School for Boys; And by the way
Division (B) was randomly selected to represent the experimental group studying expression
With the two strategies of Thelin's model, Division (A) represents the control group that studies expression
in the usual way; The research sample consisted of (66) students, with (23) students in each group.
The researcher rewarded the students of the two groups in the variables (chronological age calculated in months
and their performance in expression, and their level of critical thinking).
The researcher identified the subjects that are taught during the experiment period after presenting them
on a group of experts and specialists; Develop teaching plans for the subjects to be taught
during the trial period. The researcher presented two model plans to a group of experts
and specialists to see their validity and suitability.
The same researcher studied the two research groups during the duration of the experiment and after the end of the experiment applied
The researcher tested expressive performance and critical thinking on the students of the two groups.
The researcher used the following statistical methods: (T-test for two independent samples
(1-1881); and Pearson correlation coefficient); After analyzing the results, the researcher concluded the following
