Cognitive self and its relationship with resistance to temptation of the educational supervisors

الملخص

The aims of the search measuring the following  :

1-  Cognitive  self  of  the educational supervisor the sample of  the research . 

2 - Resistance  to temptation  of the educational supervisor  the sample of  the research .

3 – Relationship between  Cognitive  self   and resistance  to temptation of  the educational supervisor the sample of  the research  . 

 To achieve the aims of the research , the researcher did the below :       

Constricted a scale Cognitive  self  and  Resistance  to temptation  which consisted of (22 ) items , after finishing conditions of validity reliability and distinguishing the items , The search  limits to the educational supervisor  at educational directions in Baghdad  governorate for the year 2018 – 2019 , the community of the search consists of (1089 ) educational supervisor , ( 596 ) males and (493 ) females , the sample is selected randomly as ( %25 ) from the original community , the selected sample consists of (272 ) educational supervisor  as ( 149) males and (123 ) females ,the search depends on descriptive method  ,to achieve the objectives of the search , the researcher has applied the 2 scales on the search sample , using the bag statistical  (SPSS ) the data has analyzed .

the researcher comes up to the following :

1-The sample of  the research has Cognitive  self .

2 - The sample of the  research has Resistance  to temptation .

3 - There is correlation relationship  between Cognitive  self   and  Resistance  to temptation to educational supervisor ( The sample of  the research ) .  

  According to the results that the search has come out with some recommends  and suggestions .
