Abstract

The study to revea the availability of the necessary skills among art aducation teacher and artistic appreciation skills from the point of view of school principals(136)art education teachers including(86)school and(50)teachers in the General Directorate of Education of Rusafa. To achieve the objectives of the study, aquestionnaire was applied on the teacher(70.8%)and that the skills are graded on a scale,and that the relative weight of artstic appreciation skills falls at (68.8%) The study did not statistically significant variances among the average scores of teachers and female studnts in the necessary skills and not professional artistry teachers in elementary competencies and art appreciation, in favor to professional teachers. In addition; there were sig nificant association among elementary competencies and art appreciation among artistry teacher
