Abstract
The importance of the research lies in the fact that human relations relate to interaction with individuals in all types of fields, and this interaction is generally seen in work organizations, as individuals are linked by a kind of structure and formal system, in order to achieve a specific goal, through interconnection, harmony, and cooperation among them.
Among the research, the studies conducted by social scientists prove beyond doubt that religion is not an obstacle to civilizational progress, but rather that all divine religions stimulate, inspire, and call for civilizational development.
The research concluded that the civilization of Islam is a comprehensive civilization, an intermediate civilization, and has a firm foundation, as it granted women’s rights, regulated the relationship of orphans and the poor, honored knowledge and honored the mind, and did not forget the integrity of the heart. This character gave it a special dimension in its difference with Western civilizations, and it differed greatly with them.
