The Effect of Teaching Text Patterns on The Expressive Performance of Fourth-Grade

Abstract
The current research aims to identify (the effect of teaching text patterns on the expressive performance of fourth-students). The researcher followed the experimental method with partial control. The research sample was (63) students in (Salah Al-Din Preparatory School for Boys) affiliated with (the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad Governorate/Al-Rusafa First). The researcher matched some variables, prepared the necessary teaching objectives and plans, taking into account the opinions of experts and specialists. The research tool was a pre- and post-test of text patterns, and he adopted ready-made criteria for correction. He used some appropriate statistical methods, and the results showed: (the superiority of the students of the experimental group who studied using the text patterns method over the students of the control group who studied using the traditional method).
