The Effectiveness of an Educational Program Based on the Ecocritical Approach in the Achievement of Andalusian Literature Course Among Students of Colleges of Basic Education

Abstract

Building an educational program According to the ecological (environmental) criticism .To assess the Effectiveness of an educational program based on ecological criticism in improving students’ performance in Andalusian literature and developing their    Literary Tasting Skills  Among Students in the  Arabic language department Of  Faculty Of  Basic Education  Teaching .

The researcher Hypotheses :

• There Is no meaningful Difference at the 0.05 significance Level when comparing The mean scores Of Students in the Experimental group following the educational program with the mean scores Of Students in the Control Group, adhering to the traditional program in the achievement assessment for Andalusian literature.


• At the 0.05 significance level, no notable difference exists in The Average results OF Students From The Experimental Group following The educational program and Those From the control group adhering to The traditional program  , studying according to  traditional program in the literary Appreciation skills Development test.

other objective, is to assess how effective the educational program is, the researcher implemented the experimental approach and utilized a post-test control group design, which falls under the category of partial control designs,The researcher intentionally chose a sample of 80 students from the College of Elementary Education at Sumer University, Consisting Of 40 Students for The Experimental Group And 40 Studentsm, for the control group. After removing 7 students who were considered ineligible—3 from the Experimental Group And 4 From the Control Group.

• the investigator assessed The participants from Two categories by examining these factors: age in years, educational levels of their parents, results from a language skills assessment, and an initial evaluation of their literary appreciation abilities.


• The experimental group, which was taught using a curriculum based on the ecological (environmental) criticism approach, outperformed , the control group, instructed through traditional methods, was evaluated based on their literary appreciation skills.

The researcher arrived at multiple conclusions :

• An ecological (environmental) critical approach has a clear impact on raising academic achievement and developing literary appreciation skills.


• The importance of incorporating modern literary and critical approaches into teaching methods and adopting educational curricula based on these approaches, realize and scientific benefits.

Researcher Recommenda:

• Implementing the suggested curriculum for instructing Andalusian literature basic education Arabic departments .


• Promoting the teaching of Andalusian to adopt an ecological (environmental) critical approach in instruction .

The researcher suggested several recommendations :

• Conduct study present one to assess ecological (environmental) criticism approach in improving academic in the second semester in the course on Abbasid literature and in developing their literary appreciation.


• Conducting a study similar to the current one on other topics and vocabulary in the Arabic language and for different grade levels.
