The searcher chooses the random sampling methods for girl's secondary schools to apply the experiment. The searcher used two researcher tool, the first tool designed to test achievement, which the total of items are(50)of multiple choice and each item has four alternatives, while the second tool designed to test Digital learning skills, which the total number of items are(50)of multiple choice and each has four alternatives. The researcher used T-test of two independent samples, the experimental which are(31)and the control group which are(30)number and T-test of the two independent sample, Chi-Squared test)and person coefficients, statistical mean. The result of the researcher related to:

1-The student of experimental group are superior stud to the student control group in post-test, for achievement.

2-The students experimental group are the student of the control group in in the post – test of the digital learning skills.

In the light of the result of the researcher recommended using the Mental Imagination strategy in teaching social study book on the development of achievement and digital learning skills.
