Abstract
Training within the water medium is necessary and extremely important, which swimmers need in developing digital levels to achieve the best achievements in tournaments. This comes through the development of the various aspects of swimmers, whether physical, skill and physical The research problem included studying the effect of water aerobic training on some anthropometric and skill variables and their relationship to the digital level of the 400m freestyle swimmer, and the research aimed to raise the digital level of the 400m freestyle swimmer for juniors. The experimental and control in the anthropometric and skill variables under study in favor of the dimensional measurement. 20 swimmers from City Sports Club, and their age was 14 years. A water aerobic program was designed, which included 40 training units, 5 training units per week, and the intensity of the exercises ranged from 50-80% and included exercises with body weights and free weights in the water medium. After completing the training program, a post-measurement was conducted for both groups The data was treated statistically, and the results indicated that water aerobic exercises led to the improvement of some anthropometric and skill variables, and the results also showed an improvement in the digital level of the 400m freestyle swimmers for juniors.
