Effect of rosemary extract and bay leaf on seed germination and seedling growth of Pisum sativum pea
Main Article Content
Abstract
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of rosemary leaves, Rosmarinus officinalis, and bay leaf, Laurus noblis, at concentrations of 10% and 30%, on seed germination and seedling growth of pea plants.
The results showed that the plant extracts had a significant effect on the studied traits, germination percentage, germination speed, germination indicator stimulus, shoot length, feather elongation speed in seedlings, and soluble carbohydrates per seedling.
