Proactive decisions among kindergarten students

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the proactive decisions of female kindergarten students, and the significance of statistical differences in the relationship between the proactive decisions of female kindergarten students according to the academic stage. The extent to which proactive decisions contribute to the discrepancy occurring among female students in the kindergarten department.


The research sample consisted of (400) female students, who were selected by a stratified random method with an appropriate distribution from the College of Basic Education, Kindergarten Department, Al-Mustansiriya University.


After applying the tool to the research sample and analyzing the data, the researcher reached several results that distinguish the female students of the kindergarten department from proactive decisions. There are differences in the relationship between proactive decisions according to the academic stage, and this difference is between the first stage and the fourth stage, and between the second stage and the fourth stage, and between the third stage and the fourth stage, and this difference was in favor of the fourth stage. Proactive decisions contribute to the discrepancy occurring among female students in the kindergarten department. In light of the research results, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations for holding educational seminars to shed light on proactive decisions as a basis for performing tasks efficiently. They aim to solve problems before they occur. I also came up with proposals to conduct a correlational study that addresses the relationship between proactive decisions and other variables such as (moral concern, doctrinal thinking, etc.(.
