Obstacles to the application of physical education for teachers and teachers of the Department of Education of Qalaat Sukar

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the most important obstacles that affect the teaching capabilities of physical education teachers and teachers, and the current research community consists of physical education teachers and teachers / Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar / Department of Education of Qalaat Sukar for the year (2021 / 2022), numbering (200) teachers and teachers A representative sample of the current research was selected, of whom (60) teachers were chosen in a stratified random manner, with (30) teachers and (30) teachers. The researcher treated the results with the statistical package SPSS, and the researcher concluded from his study, that to identify and identify the obstacles that hinder the work of the physical education teacher and teacher has the greatest impact on the success of the teaching process. In schools, the greatest impact in not developing these abilities and skills was the involvement of some teachers and teachers or assigned by the administration of their schools in administrative work, which clearly affected their teaching abilities in the sports aspect.
