Abstract
The current research aims to know the nature of the relationship between the two research variables (openness to experience and its relationship to Self-Categorization of Educational Guides). The research sample was (220) educational counselors from Educational the Diyala, and the two research tools were applied to the sample, using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the T-test for one sample and two samples and the analysis of bilateral variance: the results showed a positive correlation between the openness to experience and Self-Categorization.
