Excellence in kindergarten performance in the light of some international models

Abstract

This research is concerned with determining the degree of excellence in performance in kindergartens in Egypt through a number of proposed criteria in the light of the American, European, and Asian model applied in Singapore mainly. And Ain Shams and Al-Mataria in Cairo, and the questionnaire was distributed to (92) female teachers, and the results show a decrease in the degree of practicing leadership standards, human resources, and strategic planning,
