Social interest among kindergarten students

Abstract
The current research aims to identify: social interest among female students in the kindergarten department.
The researcher used the descriptive, correlational approach to achieve the research objectives. The research sample consisted of (200) female students who were selected by a simple random method using proportions and ratios from female students in the kindergarten department. Children in the College of Basic Education at Al-Mustansiriya University. Social interest was used, and the researcher adopted the social interest scale of (Adler 1956), which consists of (26) items and consists of four areas: (commitment, empathy, cooperation, harmony). The researcher verified the psychometric properties. Areas: (commitment, empathy, cooperation, harmony). The researcher verified the psychometric properties of the scale through apparent validity, as she presented the items to (17) experts. After applying the tool to the research sample and analyzing the data using the statistical package, the researcher reached the following result: There is High social interest among female kindergarten students.
