Abstract

The strategy of learning through play is an activity that you direct to children to modify and improve their behavior, and helps in developing the emotional, physical and mental abilities of children. And their acquisition of knowledge and teaching the principles to them. The thesis aimed to prepare educational units according to the strategy of learning by playing and to identify the effect of the strategy of learning by playing in learning some skills in football for second-grade intermediate students. Among the most important procedures for the research, the researchers used the experimental method. And by the experimental design method, where the experimental and control groups are equivalent in all the factors that may affect the dependent variable except for one factor, which is exposure to the independent variable. The research community was chosen in a deliberate way from the students of the third schools of education in Baghdad Karkh - Abu Al-Ala Al-Maarri Intermediate School for Boys - Second grade average. The total research community is 185 students. As for the research sample, the two researchers conducted a lottery to select (20) students from them in a random way, and after arranging them in ascending order, they were divided in the orderly random way into two groups (experimental and control) and by (10) students for each group, to form a percentage A percentage of (10.81%) from the original research community, and the researchers proceeded to do parity for the two research groups, then the pre-test and the exploratory experiment, the preparation of educational units, the implementation of educational curricula, and then a post-test to reach results. The application of harmonic exercises led to the acquisition of some of the harmonic skills, muscular and nervous, and consequently, their consolidation Developing them. In light of the conclusions reached by the researchers, it is recommended to apply the learning through play strategy used in this research within the curriculum of teaching age groups in the General Directorate of Curricula in the Ministry of Education. And the application of exercises similar to playing in other games for boys and girls of different stages. The necessity of using harmonic exercises During the implementation of the preparatory section for the physical education lesson because of its importance in acquiring and developing skills
